Junkyard Juniors
Our theatrical production company for ages 7-12.
Junkyard Juniors was launched in 2019 and opened with our first production The Little Mermaid JR. Since then, our students have taken part in multiple summer intensives, Halloween workshops and full scale productions including, The Wizard of Oz, Moana JR, Matilda JR, Shrek JR and most recently Frozen JR!

Sessions are designed by qualified teachers to be fun, engaging and inspiring. Children know exactly what is expected of them and enjoy learning new skills whilst building confidence on and off the stage.
Our Classes.

Junior & Inter group acting.
Mondays (JUNIOR) 5.00PM - 6.00PM.
Tuesdays (INTER) 5.30PM - 6.30PM
Our junior/inter acting classes are 1 hour long and taught by Junkyard founder Maddie and our wonderful acting teacher Lauren. Maddie trained in professional musical theatre at the Urdang Academy before completing her degree in theatre at the Guildford School of Acting. Lauren trained at Guildhall and LCCM before completing her masters at the prestigious Royal Welsh Conservatoire.
The classes explore various speech and drama techniques required to build solid foundation skills in acting. The sessions are lively, fun and develop character, stagecraft and most importantly confidence on and off the stage!
Students have taken part in multiple projects such as filmed monologues, self taping, soap star workshops, audition workshops and a recent performance of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Fridays 4.45PM = 6.30PM (Sundays leading up to the production)
Our production teams take part in two full scale musicals per year. Entry into the company is strictly by audition only.
Rehearsals are run be industry professionals and are designed to inspire children and teach all elements of stage craft - all whilst making new friends and having the best time!
We accept students from 6-12.
